The engine only beeps when there is less than one heart. Is that supposed to happen in OOT, or is it supposed to be like LTTP, in which it beeps if you have about 1/3 the total number of hearts?

In OoT it beeps when you are at 1 heart or below.

All right then, pretty spot on. Might be very useful to some people.

Nice looking hearts, though it's a bit hard to differentiate between half, quarter, and three-quarter hearts since the hearts are so small.

Try full screen (F4), you shouldn't have a problem.

God it is so awesome how people whine and moan and rag on you because of OOT2D, then when you release something it becomes "OH MY GOD ITS TRM HEY HOW ARE YOU I LOVE YOU WILL YOU SIGN MY CHILD'S ASS?"

On a serious note, why not release this stuff as a tutorial and teach people *how* to do it, rather than just giving it to them, so that we can start getting some quality in projects?

There's such a double standard about religion in the modern world. Catholics can gather, wear white robes, and say "In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti" and be considered normal.

But if my friends and I gather, wear black robes, and say  "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn", we're considered cultists.

Guys leave off TRM, whether or not you believe OOT2D exists or not is irrelivent. Keep your posts to the topic at hand.

I like the style of these hearts. I'm sure you could tell a 1/4, 1/2, or a 3/4 of a heart even if it was full screen. I'd have to see it to believe it. Is this the only style for the heart? Like in OoT, you have normal hearts and then get the extra defense with the white around it. Whatever, you can change the style of the hearts though, right?

Actually, the first post states that you can press spacebar and add the white border around the hearts for the "extra defense." Try it out in the demo.
