There is an easy way to resize with Photoshop. You probably have the option turned off though. When changing the size, do you have the Constrain Proportions option on? If you don't, I suggest using it, it's good for resizing things properly. It might look better if you try that.

In Photoshop, you can just open up the original ZFGC logo and resize it using "Image Size" under "Image" on the main toolbar. This will keep the dimension locked so it resizes correctly and evenly in terms of width and height. Then just drag it into the file you're working on. I didn't have that font to the right on yours. That's Redensek, right?
