What's so funny about it?
One part, where he goes something like: "So...I've got some good news and some bad news. The bad news is we've got massive lay-offs. The good news is I've got a promotion, yay *silence* You're still thinking about the massive lay-offs, aren't you?" SHOULD be funny, but the way it's delivered is just...pathetic...to say the least.
