Ill break it down:

2. X slot
3. Action slot
4. Hearts
5. Magic Bar
6.Oil Bar
7. Key counter
8.rupee counter
9.Clock (lol sry for the border of the clock but you get the idea)
10. Map(I added that as mock up, gonna place it in game soon.)

The "Z" "X" and the hearts feel weird because they're reversed from normal HUD setups in most, if not all, other Zelda games.
Also, does the apology for the "border" on the clock mean that it will be taken away? Because it seems very large.
Besides that, it's definitely a major improvement. Nice job. ^_^

(side note: I think the two button idea was Mammy, I just agreed  :))

That is actually a big HUD, almost screen filling. It is also pretty heavy towards the left side. The clock and minimap are really big. For a 2D game with a low resolution, where you never lose the cardinal directions a minimap is pretty much a screen filler or even unnecessary.

The buttons are a good choice though. You might want to add which button is used for the action slot. Don't know what the oil bar is for.

I am a little biased in how I think mixing styles in most cases makes the result look bad. This HUD you made just seems bad to me. Understand that in LTTP styling, the images could be bigger because the screen size for that game was larger than MC styling - the SNES versus the GBA screen sizes. It's going to make things look cluttered.
