Debates / Re: Evolution: Fact or Theory?
« on: May 17, 2006, 01:50:06 am »
I just want to clarify before we begin:
This is NOT creation VS. evolution, because that is against the rules.

The question is:
Does evolution itself have enough credible evidence to stand upon and be called fact? Or has enough of the evidence been disproven to show that it is just a theory still being built?

Does creationism itself have enough credible evidence to stand upon and be called fact? Or has enough of the evidence been disprovev to show that it is just a theory being built.

I believe in evolution, it seems alot more credible

In order for it to work they should drop the HP-system of course, FISSURE :P

On topic; From what I've seen of WoW, it appears to be an entire dimension, just like earth. Therefore, it could easily work out.

It's less funny without an hp system :(

1. Better, newer hardware.
2. The ability to play music, movies, etc.
3. Easy-to-use design.
4. Widescreen.
Oh, I didn't notice that little piece. Well not everyone likes widescreen. Your asuming graphics make a system better when the Gba was the same price as a gamecube and sold more.
24.11 million (Origanal GBA) vs 20.61 million
74.25 million (all versions) vs  20.61 million

The ds is easier to use because its just tap. And the ds (If you buy a hardrive) can play movies and music and will still be cheaper then the Psp with a 1gb memory stick.

Yes possum I did my research this time.

The average person probably woukdn't go online to buy a harddrive for a handheld with a small screen like the DS.

While the psp's is easier to get to since they have the sticks in store.

I agree 100%

Very nice post TP

It's very hard to do.

Hell, the best DS emulator can barely run kirby without sound. Thats the only game it can run where it's playable.

Eh, Sony can do what they want as long as they don't violate Nintendo patents. I'm slightly annoyed that they declared themselves innovative, but really, whatevs.

All I know is that, due to the price, I will now NOT be purchasing a PS3. MGS4 be damned; no game is worth $500. Oh wait, that would take out 40GB, removable media storage, and Wifi support, so let's adjust that figure to $600. Whoops! Silly me, I forgot the price of the game. Have fun spending $670 for Metal Gear Solid 4. It may be worth it for you, but I'm not wasting my hard-earned money (I have a job, thanks) on one game.

Again, my posts sound very rude lately. Please believe that I don't intend them to be.

Usually you buy a console for more then one game.

3348
Thats freaking awesome.

How much is it gonna cost you?

The first to transfer it to mainstream gaming?

There has to be an accesory for a console that used the motion sensor.

And Nintendo can't patent motion sensor

MAINSTREAM gaming. Keyword mainstream. If you dont know the accessory, its not mainstream. They can patent their own version of motion detection, its not the exact same as all those as before it. And what are you talking about kleaver.

Just because i don't know about it, doesn't mean it isn't mainstream.

And yes, nintendo can patent their version of motion sensor.

Hmm, let's see, it's in a remote, they can patent remote sensor!

Sony's isn't in a remote.

It isn't stealing

GG you

It is stealing

It means that Sony is using the motion sensor to test the gaming waters instead of releasing a console that relies on it.

Motion Sensor Computer accessories - Nintendo - Sony

See, Nintendo didn't make the idea.

Thing is, for a copy, its roughly $300 dollars more than the wii. The WII(wheeee) will catch on as a cheap gaming system. Of course sony steals, its what they do.

Nintendo doesn't own the idea.

Sony is threading the waters
