Zephos from Wind Waker.

The black outline is too thick/dark on the left side. Super easy fix. Besides that, I really like it! Nice job.

What did you edit? It just looks like the same tileset used on the Store-owner's summer house. (Were the dog is in the swamp.)

yes, I used the same tileset but I had to edit the roof and the body of the house to make the tower.

Top corners of the roof are as attached. I'm trying to recreate the FSA snow realm tree an am having a little trouble at it. Can you help me with it? Also, are you going to finish the Female Zuna? Are the Zunas you made kids becuase they are smaller?

Not trying to say you've done anything wrong, but when you make an edit of someone else's sprite, be it a fan sprite or official, it's best to tell the people you're showing your work to.

Basically what I am saying is that probably everyone in this thread believed that you made your wolf Link sprite completely by yourself, when in fact it's a slightly modified recolor of Nintendo's work. That's a bit misleading. Looking through this thread, a fair ammount of your work appears to be slight edits of existing material. I don't think there's much morality in taking or asking for credit in something you didn't originally make, even if you did slightly edit it.

That would be like me taking a copy of the Mona Lisa, splashing some paint on it and asking for credit on the entire painting.

My suggestion would be to work on progressing from editting to making your own material. You've got a bit of talent under your belt, from what I can tell in what is clearly your own work. I think you'll advance well.

And I apologize if anyone thinks I'm out of line with this post. I just don't think anyone should ask for credit for the hard work of others.

I agree with you in parts. And I never said I made the wolf link by myself. It is a custom sprite.

In the dictionary:
Customize = Change to make something that will better serve the requirements of someone.
Personalize.

I think that anyone can create anything from zero. Even the sketches have an inspiration from somewhere. I use rather the work of others to create my own. And to do this, the customization, gives a lot of work.

What can I do from now is to put the original sprite I used to develop the my custom sprites, the take off the credit.

So nobody complains, right?

Right. I wasn't trying to say you claimed you made that sprite. It's just nice to let everyone know what your work is editted from.. much better than accidentally misleading people.

And by the way, you did a really nice job of turning that sprite into wolf Link. I think it was a good choice to work from.  :)
