I was tabletless for a really long time, now that I've got it back I'm trying to get used to it again...  C&C would be muchly appreciated.

Oh, and I suck at choosing colours... it's really hard...

Eh, sorry to double post but I was hoping someone might have tips on making the nose and lips not look so... awfully inadequate.

The first two look good, and your color choice looks fine. As for the second one I'd suggest making the left nostril (from the viewer's perspective) outlined in black. For the lips try making the bottom lip a little smaller, or the top lip a little bigger. Not sure but those are worth a shot.

Better than me, I can't draw anything with a tablet :C

I just used my favourite colours over and over; orange, blue, and grey.  Different shades, but still...

I kept redoing it, outlining the nostrils, but I don't think I ever did one without the other...

overall your work is pretty good, keep on the good point.
this is how I would start fixing the 3rd drawing


notice that I  put the nose and mouth slightly lower than the original

Thanks Deku  XD  I think the nose looks a lot better now


I think I'm okay with the lips... I dunno...  I don't want to emphasize them.
