rupee system?
ok so you get 200 rupees
now what?
theres no point of having rupees? What would you buy?
Or Maby We can Get a Good Spriter to Sprite a nice sheet that everone will want and you could buy it
but people would give it away and stuff(People would win a sprite sheet then send it to everone)

Also, have a way to spend these rupees on the main page.  Have prizes, collectables, items. Have an inventory system, like OoT's, or WW's, that kept track of the items you have, maybe even let others view the items when they view your profile.

>.>  With the rupees there is nothing to personally gain outside of the forums, but in the forums you could get items, like the Lens of Truth.  It would appear in the form of a sprite in the inventory in your profile.  Just collecting items, and rupees.  Maybe even have a way to trade the items. Or once in a while have contests to award specialty items, such as Majora's Mask, Light Arrow, Master Sword, etc.  It's really not much different than collecting cards, just in the form of a sprite only to be used on the forums. There's nothing great about the idea, but I just thought of it and threw the basic idea out there, for you all to perfect the idea or trash it.

Hmm... I think we could use a rupee sustem.  Not like the old karma/rupee system we had but one where people earn rupee's in various things(games, completed projects, etc)  If you could set it up where you can exchange any amount of rupees to another person. Like say if I wanted to give someone 10 rupees for something good that they did(if I had 27 rupees, I would now have 17 and they would have an extra 10).

Then have a main page, with games(flash or w/e).  You could even hold contests(spriting, drawing, treasure hunting, etc)  Or contest that reward you for finding unique things(glitches, funny screensshots) in one of the various Zelda games.

Also, have a way to spend these rupees on the main page.  Have prizes, collectables, items. Have an inventory system, like OoT's, or WW's, that kept track of the items you have, maybe even let others view the items when they view your profile.

I dont know how easy it would be to do all of this or if it's even possible, and I'm sure it would take a while to do, but I think it would make the forums more fun.

Hmm looks pretty good, just finish the title screen, maybe make a nice background, color the thing next to the Zelda, and get rid of that squiggle above Phantasma Stories.  I don't really like the B,A,L part of the HUD, it doesn't fit with the hearts or magic meter. And finally your Eye Spider? Where's a spider? It looks more like an eye with human-like arms and legs, and the shading on the eye doesn't fit in with MC style. It has potential, so keep it up.

Nice, but a little too basic. I agree, maybe the roof is a little tall.  The people inside look like they could barely squeeze through the doors. Maybe make the whole shop a little larger.

That makes sense. As for the bullseye, yeah I can see why you would blur it, but the current blur makes it look like it is shaking back and forth.  In PS, I'm pretty sure you can motion blur it in a specific direction, just set it to make it look like its going in a certain direction.

Hmm I never used flash so I wouldn't know how the brushes work, but in photoshop you can set your brushes to have an automatic AA, and I've seen people do it but don't know how to do it myself, but they make the AA or multiple colors to be semi transparent.  I don't know how this is done though, never really messed with it.

Just for a tip:When you present these, make sure you tell them what you intended the art to be(style, what the picture is doing, etc) because that could make or break the deal.  Good luck though.

Hmm,

Bullseye: I looks like a blurred hand-drawn piece, other than the text.  Also, the background image doesn't make all too much sense with the title "Bullseye", although I can understand how the rocket would tie in, but I don't think it works with that title.  The text is nice. Pretty good, just doesn't look too professional.

Alien Baby: Again looks too unprofessional.  Pillowshading on the shirt.  Nice character just needs more style to him.

Z-Tech: Likin' the design, but I don't understand what the thing on the right is, sorta looks like a globe with a road wrapped around it.

Milk: Could use some softer curves where the milk is pouring, and some AA to smooth those jagged edges.

Rejected Industries: Perfect! No C+C needed. By far the best one, followed by Milk. Good job.

There's some good solid C+C for ya ;)

Looks really good. But as fox said, tree looks rushed, just a blob of scribbles :P

Make it half the size and convert it to pixels... or just leave it full size

I don't really like it, because I'm a fan of clean crisp lines, pixel art or professional looking photoshop pieces.  I could give you a bunch of C+C but you said you don't want it.

Very nice, indeed, but as you said there is room for improvement.  I say you should make the hand guards wider, and then flat on the part facing the blade. You used a lot of colors, you could do this with about 15-20, or even less if you wanted to.

C+C- Version 3 is definately better. The roof looks like it was jpeg'd but the rest doesn't. It's pretty good.

what Delko means is: You have double size pixels in the base and single sized pixels in the signs. You seemed to fix that though.

Yeah, looks better.  Everything seems like its going good, although , I'm not too fond of the Deku Tree sprites(inside and out), but I guess there isn't really much of a selection to choose from.

Just out of curiosity, what are you using that is mine(GanonSpriteR)?

Zelda Projects / Re: Zelda: HOTD - 1st dungeon and beyond demo

>.> I swear I posted here already. -_-
Here's a few bugs I found:
After you get dropped off at the docks, in the top right of the room you can walk through the mountain. A tile is not on the right layer, where the carpenters are working.  And also in the second room of the dungeon, theres a mouth and eyes, you can walk in a see yourself through the back of it.

I love how you did everything, such as the puzzles.  Although they weren't very easy to pick up on everything, but once I did I flew right through them.  Incredible job.  Love the fire arrow, although I found it wierd that you used the bow to push things.  I got to the boss, and died, so I tried to beat him with 0 hearts, but my many attempts failed, I'm sure if I had a save point I'd go back and beat him but it was late. The level mapping is done quite well too.

I'll probably watch the movie when it's out, I may even like it.  It doesn't seem to interesting though.   I would love to see a computer animated version of Zelda, like FF:AC.  Then they could completely remake OoT, instead of editting out the bosses, and other non-humaniod monsters. :/

I believe it's real.  I believe until proven wrong, and I haven't been proven wrong yet.

@4sword-thats comparing different reals-fakes.  Fake breast are still there, but a fake game is non-existent.  Sorta like comparing breasts to no breasts >.>
