The Armos looks really awesome, but I think you used a little bit too much dithering on the top of its head and its body looks kind of plain, because you used only one color. Maybe you could add an even darker color or you could try changing the whole palette in order to get another darker color. But it already looks great.  ;)

In my opinion your original Armos sprites looked even better. I suppose you tried to merge your original sprites with the Armos from MC, right?
The Armos from MC only had the dark color on its sides. So, you could try using a slightly brighter color in the middle of your sprite.

Sorry, I was busy with school, but here's my try on the Armos:

I used a brighter color for the body in order to add more plasticity and decreased the amount of dithering.

And the big squid looks really great. You just have to add the big tentacles.  ;)

Ok yes I do see what you were talking about now Thanks ;-)
as for the squid I tried like a million times but i cant get them right
and i have to figure some type of animation out for the body because
the one in windwaker moves allot , and i want this one to be like that one kinda
but his attack will be a little different

I found a big octo video so I could see the movement.
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Go8fWZsQRu0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Go8fWZsQRu0</a>

It seems like you need a slight, front-to-back wobble for the idle animation and a 4 to 8 (depending on how detailed your game will be)-directional thrashing movement for being hit. I think it would be easier to animate the body, mouth, eyes, and legs separately and code the rest.

Man, I just saw you the big squid thing from wind water now. Its a realy nice sprite. I liked a lot. I just think the boby must be a bit, just a bit, bigger.
Congratulations.
Maybe this sprites can help you about moves:

If you're trying to make the big octo proportional to the size in Wind Waker, the body would be bigger, but you want the size to be reasonable for the screen size, too.

I tried some line art for the tentacles. I'm not good at shading or animating large sprites, so it's about all I could do.

Though you did just say you're not good at coding, and chainlike arms would require more coding.

EDIT:I don't think the big octos really use their legs anyway, so they wouldn't require much animation. The reason for chain legs would be for easier animation, but if there is very little of that it would be easier to animate sprites.

Yes u would be right if i was doing them like the one in windwaker but in my game they come come out  and you have to try to hit all of his eyes before he hits u off the boat with his arms and if u can't get in the boat quick enough he will suck u up n spit u back onto ur boat
