Horrible image distortion :( but that's due to flash not scaling the images properly, and photoshop being dead :(

Wouldn't have mattered :P We needed 6 more entries to even do a potential 'next step up' in comp size :\

Lol I don't think that's the case on either account. Most everyone I've talked to so far has stated they have an abundance of free time, just no real drive.

In all honesty, I'm pleased with how the primary/secondary thing worked out, but I think the next character comp should do away with the brackets and go with a ladder instead. That way everyone can compete, instead of limiting it to powers of 2.

I saw that you had 4 secondary characters and scrapped 2 of them. Too bad, because I thought Can of Meat was the best of the 4. I would have held a qualifying round for the secondary characters to see who would get the final 2 seats. You do know that you only need a multiple of two to make such a tournament. It might be preferable, but the tree doesn't need to be even.

You need powers of 2 for it to work :P It needs to constantly break down to another power of 2, or else someone's left without someone to face and cannot proceed.

Only possible bracket numbers are 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, so on so forth. Otherwise, there's a kink in the matches.

I was thinking about doing qualifying rounds, but the biggest issue with that is time :P

Anyway; if I'm heading up the next tourney, I may just do a ladder (as mentioned before). It's more time consuming to make, but it allows any number of contestants.

It is really late, but I just noticed that General Vector is not among them. Did DJ pull him out of the competition?

Your mom didn't get the joke.

Don't say nobody, because I'm somebody, and I got it. D:

There's such a double standard about religion in the modern world. Catholics can gather, wear white robes, and say "In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti" and be considered normal.

But if my friends and I gather, wear black robes, and say  "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn", we're considered cultists.

gen⋅er⋅al  -  /ˈdʒɛnərəl/ - [jen-er-uhl] -adjective.
considering or dealing with overall characteristics, universal aspects, or important elements, esp. without considering all details or specific aspects

The name General Vector was not referring to the military rank, but the usage which coincides with "generic". It was a pun on the fact that a lot of characters in the past were quick little 5 minute vector graphics with a cheesy story attached to them. ;)
