My internet connection is sux.

My internet connection has been recently going down. The cables are pushed in, and it does go on on rare occasions (like now), and it's a real pain in my ass. Next time I get on, I'll read your replies. I have Comcast Highspeed Internet with a Motorola SURFboard Cable Modem. Please help me!

Try and note what's different about when it works and when it doesn't. We can't help you without more info.

Call Comcast and ask them to do a house visit, or to try and fix the problem.

I remember reading somewhere once that a guy had his thing cancelled by Comcast as he hit a maximum limit in online time that was not noted in the subscription to the service.  I think it talked about how him and his neighbors' internet was kind of shared through some thing, so it made it seem like more than it was.  I don't know.  I remember reading this somewhere.  It probably isn't something that is happening to you though.
