Ugh, I need help.

Okay, I know something is wrong with my computer. I can tell it has something to do with either the internet or processing because whenever I send an IM to someone it takes like 5 seconds to actually post it on my screen, and when I try loading a page up in Mozilla, it loads very slow over random periods. Do you guys have any idea what the heck is wrong with my computer? Please help. :'(

Ctrl + Alt + Del and search for any process taking up a lot of CPU. It sounds like you may have a virus, or a program bugged out or something.

Disables Automatic Updates if you can and reboot. It uses alot of power. I had issues with it before. Be sure to turn it on every now and then and actually get updates.
