I Found this in my old files. a town I made a while ago.
Though I load it up. let me know what you think, might use it in the game which I'm working on.

It's pretty nice, but rather generic. It doesn't have any real interesting or notable features, which I suppose might be the point of some towns, so maybe that's good?
A couple weird things are the transition from the edges of houses to the fences, the side of the house seems odd when it's right above a fence, and the little shed near the northern entrance has incongruously ornate sides, it seems. It's also weird that you're using RPG Maker, it's so difficult to work around :p

I am missing the shadows of the houses. In ALttP there is shadow of the house at the left side.

@ Niek,
Thanks I will put up the shadow on the left side of the houses.
@ Donotfeedthemax
How could I fix the problem with the fences? any Idea? and what do you mean with the door from the little shed?

Overall it isn't a bad map design at all. My only criticism is that the sprites / tileset you seem to have used for it are of what appears to be high contrast. This is mildly painful to the eyes, and would become much more noticeable in a game.
I suggest the use of a different tileset. One with less problems. I would offer one myself but I don't have a tileset anymore (I use my map project).
