OoT Ganon.

Awesome music, a great setting, and high tensions mix together to form one of the greatest boss battle I've ever been lucky enough to play through.

It was one of those moments when I went "Now you KNOW why they made Gannondorf black" >_>

Same here, he was the only boss from OoT that actually takes some effort to beat... :P

Personally, I loved Volvagia. He was pretty easy, but still awsome. (WW version BTW ;o)

There was no Wind Waker version of Volvagia O_o... Unless you're talking about Molgera (the sandy snake thing).

Hard to choose but Dark Link from OOT is my favorite boss. Because to fight against the dark part of yourself is cool.

Gohma. She was really really easy, but I thought she was the most well-made (as in the way she attacks, and her weakness), plus, the first time I played OoT she just scared the !@#$% out of me. Barinade is really hard the first time, too.
