Oh this one made me laugh;
This has been in the works for a while but it goes partway that Digital fields CAN exist.
Using this specially designed tesla unit...

... I managed to replicate a semi-dense atmosphere of radio waves, one of the building blocks that go towards the creation of a digital field.
I experimented with several different methods and the breakthrough came with a piece of copper screen with holes 2mm square.

As soon as I fired the coil, everything in the wet lab that used an antenna went nuts.

The television went from a perfect signal to no signal, my cell phone lost its coverage (I had experienced this during the first miniclipse), my network Wi-Fi connection was dropped and pretty much every frequency slot in the radio spectrum was flooded.
I killed the test and within moments everything returned to normal.
I tested it a few more times and constantly got the same result.
I eventually had to stop the test because the main coil was overheating and the support block that held the copper anode was starting to burn up (after all, wood is not a good insulator when you are messing with 10000 volts).
Woohoo! This is absolutely wonderful!
At least it looks like he should soon become the proud owner of a darwin award.

Though I have to say the programmer who did that was terribly un-original >.<, the whole moving the browser / opening new windows is as old as hell.

All it did for me was open up a few texts boxes saying some random crap with a webcomic in the background...

After the text boxs it moves the window around the screen / opens more. Probably depends on what you jscript settings are and if you have a popup blocker running.
