Well, since we're gonna get started on this TMC-styled project, I'd figure I'd post my TMC-styled sprites here for review and adjustment. Is there anything that needs to be altered on this sheet?

Really nice sheet. But the Minish Cap has it's own Power Bracelet/Grip Ring thingy. Shouldn't we use them, instead of your recolor of LA's?

Secondly. what is the item next to the big key on the right?

I took a longer look at the items and I think some need different sprites.

1) I think the MC Bow & Silver Arrows are better sprites. I always thought it was more clearer that it is bow & arrow.
2) I have to agree with Jeod that the MC style Pegasus Boots look better.
3) For the Boomerang the Magical Boomerang sprite from MC looks better I think.
4) For the Power Bracelet I think the MC versions are better.
5) For the Ocarina it's better to use MC's blue version. It is more in line with the MC style.

The sprites that need some work are:

1) Magic Powder (needs a bit more shadow to add depth)
2) Mushroom (needs depth)
3) Bow Wow (needs depth)
4) Golden Leaf (needs depth)

Well these are my thoughts.

Here are some sprites that are mostly straight from the game. Other options.

Nice, Xfixium. I like those. Although I think the magic boomerang is still better.

Custom hookshot?  That's gorgeous.

Anyway, I like this boomerang more than the magic one, myself.

Okay then: Wooden 'Rang, or Magic 'Rang? Please, argue amongst yourselves while I add both to the sheet. ::)

Use both. If we're going o add some new things to the game, then make a boomerang upgrade. Otherwise, I would use the magic rang.

Actually, I prefer the magic "rang" myself. I just thought we were using the wooden rang. It really doesn't matter which rang we use though. Also.....rang.

Miles07, just a small question. Are you going to add the item animations to the sheet for when they are used in the overworld as well. Like the boomerang, blowing up the bomb and flying arrows.

Erm, I don't think so. They'll just need to be recolors to these sheets.

UPDATE: v.2

I didn't yet fix the Owl's Beak nor the Bow-Wow sheets. I didn't put Xfixium's Hookshot yet, either.
