i dont have internet and i wont be able to get it before friday :(
btw i started that project and im getting really serious about it (read my new early projects post)

not talking about the tree trunk but the leaf sphere part
the lower half of it, i dont like the shadow outline, it might need another color dithered in to blend with the upper green

Alright .TakaM, here's a challenge. Make a ......

Outside Statue of the Spirit Temple. (Mainly because I want to see it in 2D style)
I think the idea behind this project is to do it yourself and contribute that way.

Ok, finished with the house:

I'm happy with the roof, not so much with the rest.

Nice Tom, it looks good up until the bricks... the angle just seems to completely change.

Any better? Maybe if the size of the lower bricks were changed? :/
Still looks a bit akward. Great spriting, though, Tom.

omega tiles above, an awesome job.  Are you planning on using them in OoL?

:o Those are incredible tiles, both Takam and TomPel. Tom, I was thinking, since it is a community tileset, maybe this could become an adapted style for ZFGCCP, of course with Takam's permission, since he made a majority of tiles.

The roof and the bricks don't go together at all.

My idea? Used Tompel's Bricks and scratch the roof, try something new.

Love your idea Takam.  Brilliant.  I would much rather learn a new style than a nintendo style.  I encourage people to experiment with this.

Great idea, I'm just afraid this might end up turning into another "TakaM style"...

I would contribute, but I can't sprite for !@#$% ;)  (looking great so far though n__n)

Finally got around to giving this a try... the sprite isn't very good, as there weren't really references for how many colors to use or how to shade it.

I have to say .TakaM, this is a fantastic idea. *hats off* I may end up using this style for Three Lances, Mute Bell and the rest of the story arc that I'm planning.

To Chesu, that's lookin' like a good start, dude ^^
