actually, except for the picture i did of you(uma), this is newer.

here's a fresh off the drawing table picture

not yet inked, but i decided to touch it up with the swirlys on the computer and i also made a crappy eraser mark around his ear.

I usually dont, that picture was just turning out so badly I didn't really want to try.

Here's a much better one I finished today.  I'm using it as my ID image on DeviantArt, so thats why the text is there.

DRawing hands seams fearsome early on, but its actually really easy if its done carefully and thought about.. Just draw the underlying bone structures, including knuckles etc, and ALWAYS ALWAYS starting with the wrist as a seperate object off from the forearm (not drawing a proper wrist makes it impossible for the hand to look right and you could spend forever thinking its impossible). Look at your own hands and think about the bones.

I can't speak for the other guys, but I did mine using a vectoring program.  If you don't know what vectors are, think along the lines of something made in flash. (That might not be the best example.)

Anyway, here's a self portrait I did in PhotoShop a few weeks ago:


I think I should have made it bigger...it's sort of small.
