I think they look just fine. Kid link had a kinda' baggy tunic thing... and it looks baggy rather than fat.

I never said he looked fat, but now you mention it, yeah he does, and it screws up the angle completely.

I'm not sure if that's the right program... The program that I saw a long time ago on the old ZFGC was a background splitting program where you get the background you want to use, and it will automatically cut it ino the proper 16x16 tiles.
It was made by Windy / WWFan. Ask him.

yeah I know, and I did consider making shadow tiles for it, I decided not to as to keep things simpler.. but if it bugs more people I'll make the shadows.

and Im going camping for a couple days in a few hours, so I won't be able to update the first post, but I want to see lots of new stuff when i get back ;d

And also, the style in your sig (like it better), are you doing anything with that?  Cause you really should!  :)

Lol, you know I was thinking the same thing when I first saw his avatar. I like the link sprite, and the pallet is nice. I'll try and contribute to this project.

Ha, no wonder I couldn't find this topic again...

EDIT: I think this would be a perfect style for the uber-secret ZFGCCP to be honest...

Heh. I don't think it's any secret that we're using this style for the Community Project, Bboy.  :P

To Hyrule_SwordsMan: I've already improved my child Link sprite, and TomPel is working on animating it for the Community Project - he's already a little further on than you. Might not want to waste anymore time duplicating stuff.  ??? Perhaps start work on the adult Link...?

It would be nice to see some interior tiles though, as Sir Cyrus says.

the bed could use some work.
EDIT: meh, this sucks.
