Here's a set of mine cart tiles (minus the cart). they might not be great but I don't think they look too good against the grass.

They arent really great. Sorry Blue Chu Man but the switch is hideous. The minecart tiles are okay but what is with that grass? ._o

Tiles damnit!
I did submit some tiles on page 40 but no one's even quoted on them...
They're not bad, they're better than I could do, but... what do they have to do with Zelda? A track like that... seems quite out of place in a Zelda game <_<

Those seem more suited for an RPG of some sort than a Zelda game

There's such a double standard about religion in the modern world. Catholics can gather, wear white robes, and say "In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti" and be considered normal.

But if my friends and I gather, wear black robes, and say  "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn", we're considered cultists.

Have you ever played the Oracles games MiN? They've got some puzzles where link hops in a minecart and has to hit switches to change the direction of the tracks as he rides.

oh my god that is a very nice idea Takam. it would be incredably awesome seeing future zelda games being made with ZFGC's own, very nice looking tileset

Ok, ok, I get the idea. :P I sort of thought that they weren't really suited to this style and more an rpg than zelda, but I decided to post them anyway. I'm only an ameteur at spriting/tiling and midi making, so I sort of expected this kind of feedback, if any. the reason I made them was because there are some of these sort of puzzles in MC. OOS and OOA.

also grass looks great Kame. :) It just needs an overlay sprite.

I tried to make some rocks and the link sprite, when dragging something.

(mockup by TanukiMario page 1, I only added the rocks and removed the plant)

Edited the walking link by BrokenArrow and the link by .TakaM
On top views by TakaM then comes the walking sheet by brokenArrow
I made the carrying, walking (left) , and pushing sprites.

Feel free to edit, cause I amn't that good ;)

They are all really nice, exept on the left and right sprites Link's body is really square.
I tried to make some rocks and the link sprite, when dragging something.

Those rocks look good, so its(left to right) big on a path or something without grass, big on grass, and rock that hasn't ever been picked up before. Am I right?
