I want to make small little 2D animations, like cartoons, but not as professional (obviously). Can anybody suggest any software for this, or should I just use Paint Shop Pro and some video editing software?
I don't think PSP can smooth drawings either, so can anybody recommend a software with good image smoothing, too?
I would like something free, too... I think I might be asking for too much <_<.
