You people are talking in loco moko mumbo jumbo!
It is a game design team:
Spriters-To make the graphics so that he cAN put them in the game
Coders-To assist with engines etc.
etc. etc.
He is making a game, this is not a game that is made, and is not like an online rpg clan!
