Good sprites, and I think I'll just stop pointing that out as it seems to be always the case :D

So if you look at the MC Link you see that every part of his face is very distinct. You can easily distinguish between eyes, skin, hair etc. and there are also small black/darker borders to seperate e.g. the hair even more from the skin. That is not the case for Zant without his mask and Midna's true form. It is much harder to distinguish these aspects (eyes, hair) in those sprites. Also, what is that big white part at the bottom of Zant's face? His smile/teeth? It looks kind of weird.

Midnas skin tone is very light in her real form. It looks too whitish in my opinion.

Other than that great work man. High quantity and quality. That's awesome.

Which version of GM Studio are you using? If it is 1.4 it should not take too much time to make it work in GM Studio 2.

Looks great but I have one suggestion: I think the textures are too undersaturated.
Castle town could look a lot better with more saturated colors. It would be great if you would increase the saturation or change the color tones.

I like that idea. The small ones could be spreaded inside the dungeon and maybe also hatch from eggs duringe the boss fight? and  the "mother" would be the dungeon boss than.

I also have to say it was a really great project.
I loved all those soundtracks you made, the tiles looked great and the demo was just "wow".
It was that just that MC feeling but still a new and unique experience.

So.. It's really sad to hear this is chancelled, even though I have expected it because of the lack of updates.
I am looking forward to your new project!

I somehow dislike the idea of the armored version of the Geozard. I don't really know why, but it doesn't feel right. So in my personal opinion only an "unarmored" version should be used.

Regardless the sprites look really nice. However I think it's too plane and the green tone is not the right one (this is clearly influenced by my memory of the Geozard in the NDS Zelda games). Have you considered using the structures on the upper body and the green tones of those?

I personally liked the blur with the colouration of the axe more, as it seems more realisitc to me. I just meant that the structure of the axe itself should be more in the focus. So instead of a big blur, I meant a clearly visible axe with a blur behind it in the colour of the axe. But this version looks also pretty nice. Maybe you should wait for the other opinions to. Or what do you think? :)

I think this goes into the right direction but the "blur" itself should probably have a lower opacity in contrast to the axe, so that you can easier differentiate between blur and axe itself. Right now it looks more as if the axe evolves into a huge scythe. Maybe its also just me.

I knew that the iron knuckles loose their armour. It just wasn't in OoT but Majoras mask.

edit: i tried to look carefully several times to see when the layers fell off but before it gets beaten, i just don't see it... i will look into it again tomorrow

Actually, you can't see them fall off in the battle itself as they don't. Seems like it was not implented in OoT that way.

I can't say much about this as I just started it to see if it is legit now or still an aprils foold.

Two things that I experienced:
In the item menu the selection moves always by 2 elements and not by 1 e.g. when moving the cursor right the bombs are skipped and instead you choose the arrows.
Also I would like to have the function to assign the control buttons as the current control buttons are not that great in my opinion.

I can say there is a great potential in this game and I am looking forward to the next version. :)
