An edit into link from a character from a game

My brother showed me a little RPG thing. I thought that the characters on there might be good to edit into Zelda characters, so I started with link. And what do you know, he actually looks quite good:

This one is the sprite on it's own.

This is not my first attempt at spriting, I've been spriting for a few years now. It is, however my first attempt at changing a sprite in this style.

I may make more soon, it depends how I feel and if I have any work or anything to do.

Please could I have some C+C on the sprite and tell me whether I should be posting here or whatever, I'm kind of new to this forum.

I was going to keep it, but It was getting quite hard to change it into the master sword like I wanted to.

I'm really really bad at editing swords...

Its ok but the colours seem a bit bright

I used the colour pallette from the actual game, so don't blame me, although I will make it darker when I have the time.

Is that what the game's called? Maple story?

Lol, didn't I see you're name under Maplestory in the online players list? It's a decent edit, but the colors are a little to bright.
