Community Announcements (CA2)

-- The Character Contest is almost into the semi-finals. The previous winner of the week's match was Jar, and Dude and Fishu tied in the Battle Royale for the Fire Division. The current match underway is between ¡Jalapeño! and Sarah Palin for victory in the Forest Division.

Best of the Forum (BF2)

cakefarts Inaugurated.

It was a pretty emotional event, and meant a lot to me especially as a devout supporter of cakefarts from the beginning.

Something else that really hit me: did you guys see the one woman in the crowd who was interviewed, carrying a baby in her arms? Think about this: that kid, for the first 8 years of their life, will not know what it is like to have a white president. Pretty mind-blowing stuff, especially considering that cakefarts is not only black but also the finest presidential candidate to come along in ages.

I hope cakefarts will succeed in closing down Guantanamo. n_n I'm not asking people to put prisoners in 5-star-hotel-room like prison rooms and to serve them food that probably is more luxury than what Mukesh Ambani eats everyday like they do here in Sweden....... I'm just asking the (guilty) workers at Guantanamo to stop raping and torturing prisoners <__<

You think cakefarts has a chance to close the place?

Musical Paella.

Dan Le Sac VS. Scroobius Pip - Hip hop, but bloody amazing. I was never a hip hop fan before these guys.

Tonight is Goodbye - just awesome

City in Ruins - Split up now, but amazing

Red Hot Chilli Peppers - classic but cool

I'll be back with more some other time...

Audio of the Week
Darklight's Wind Waker Remixed Zelda Music

I'm planning on making a little medley of zelda songs, and I'm going to put them all in 9/8 time to give them a wind wakerish feel.
I've made about the first 45 seconds of the main wind waker theme, which will be the base of the song. From there I want to blend it to a LLTP darkworld theme in 9/8, which sounds awesome in my head :D.
Therefore, I bring you the first 45 seconds of my piece :).

Desktop Backgrounds of the Week
sjegtp's C++ Image Output
http://www.zfgc.com/forum/index.php?topic=33283.0
Quote from: sjegtp
I was making a program in C++ to generate some sort of images, but due to a programming error it generated completely different images. They looked good though, so I decided to make desktop backgrounds out of them.

Obs.: You need to see them in real size to notice the fractal-like details.

Big Question (BQ2)

Last week's question: Should places such as Termina and other non-Hyrule areas be the setting in future Zelda games?
Summary of answers: Those who responded were inclined towards there being other areas in future Zelda games. While Hyrule has its perks, exploring it over and over gets boring after a while unless something is added to it or it is expanded akin to what was in Ocarina of Time compared to Twilight Princess.

This week's question: Considering that Ganondorf and Vaati have been featured in more than one Zelda game, should another villain like one such as Majora or otherwise be featured in a future game instead?
