hmmm. Something tells me eating zfgc up would be the least of our concerns.

I remember a letter in an old Nintendo power stating Nintendo can't accept fan games.

so my friend stole a giant bag of ketchup out of the ketchup pumping things and brought it to our table and we took it in the bathroom and i smashed it over the sink and kicked it around the bathroom and smeared it everywhere and we all took turns kicking the ketchup out of it and when we were done it looked like an african village was murdered in the bathroom

OK, let me respond seriously to this:

abcgum; Nintendo won't care. Simply. They won't. They have had 3 years now to try and shut down ZFGC, but they haven't. Apparently they seem to think ZFGC's ok, so why are you so feared of zfgc 'being eaten like a cake'?

Did they really visit ZFGC trying to find something thats against the law so they can shut it down?

ZFGC had more than 3000 members on its peak of activity; it was pretty popular..Nintendo must have known about it. Also, several official Nintendo magazines around the world released info about OOT2D.

Seriously this topic does Phail.
Nintendo wouldn't honestly think we're a threat when we can't een fnish a proper fan game. They wouldn't take our ideas because they are the master of ideas. To make it simple: We're the mole on nintendos ass.

You never know.

If I'll ever finish my fan-game and find one frickin special aspect of my game in one of theirs (coincidence or not) I will pee on your all heads.

... or maybe just laugh at you. But "pee" has more power than "laugh"

The most Nintendo will do is tell you they haven't done a thing with your game. The moment they do touch your game, they can be accused of stealing your ideas and could face a lawsuit. Granted, a bunch of kids on a forum don't pose much of a threat, it is still standard buisness practice to not accept any sort of idea from anyone outside your company...
