sorry for the delayed response.

Well a moment didnt mean like a split second. It meant that if you blocked their attack you could get behind them so long as you didnt waste time. But I dont mind the idea of the boomerang being able to stun them. It works to me. I'll update the post with that.

He means that the dungeon info isnt in the document, its on the posts where dungeons are being requested. So look there before wasting time and requesting a dungeon, you could see one that you actually like, which could give you ideas or even be better than what you thought of. If neither of those thoughts occur, then you may decide to request a dungeon for an area that has few or no dungeons.

What will you be doing?

There comes a slight problem. I'm going to be in charge of NPC dialogue, story flow, the plot in general, and recruiting I guess. As you can see it's all so far in planning phases, and everything here I thought of myself. (Though it is safe to say that I took much from the LoZ franchise.) I may also be able to provide concept art for the new items. (Six Sage Sword, outfits, etc.)

Well I figured the game would be on the likes of ALTTP with difficulty. Overall you like it but it sounds too hard? What sounds difficult? I'm sure we could do some adjusting. Is his hp too high?

that is... odd... checking now. i must have missed it last time i checked...

hmm, its 5 40am... if im staying awake or not i dont know. but when i get up, ill see how i can implement the boomerang and /or hookshot into the boss fight.

MODIFIED- Now includes usage of the hookshot (optional) and the boomerang (mandatory)

Well, if his weak point is his entire body as long as he's not blocking, that's hardly a weak point, so is just his tail the weak point?

Also, I'm a little confused about when the player can get him? Can you make this a bit more clear?

LET ME CLARIFY

Wolfos will block you if he is moving toward you or if you have already hit him and you keep attacking. If he is blocking he takes NO DAMAGE. If he is not blocking he takes half damage. An attack from behind or a projectile cannot be blocked. An attack from behind will deal DOUBLE DAMAGE.

Supposed to work just like OoT but in a 2D environment.

Dude, this is great. I love the idea of a wolf as a boss, but maybe, this would be more suitable to the Shiekah Temple. I mean black is commonly refered to mistery and secrets. The Shiekah are REALLY mysterious. The only thing I dislike. is that you aren't using the hookshot or the boomerang. I'm not saying this because I uploaded antoher boss entry for the Forest Temple, don't go with the wrong idea.

Thats because i didnt see an item list. I didnt want to assume the player would have any specific items. It can be modified to include some sort of item. I know that is what Zelda likes to do.

I don't understand what this means, it's contradictory. How can you hit it's tail while your in front of it?

Weak point doesnt mean the only spot its vulnerable... Havent you played OoT or MM before? You can slash at their faces so long as they are mid attack and the hit counts for less damage.

Wolfos are enemies about the size of an adult hylian. They are fast moving beasts, similar to werewolves. Gray and Black fur, sharp claws, and fangs make them an intimidating creature that many hylians fear.

Wolfos
Size= same as Link
Hp= Takes 2 hits to kill in weak point. 4 If hit in front.
Weak point= Tail, can be stunned by boomerang
Speed= Twice as fast as Link when running, making them hard to run away from.
Attack Pattern= Swings twice, once with each paw and pauses a moment before resuming movement. At this time they can be easily maneuvered around allowing you to hit their weakpoints.
Damage Output= A quarter heart per hit
Defensive Abilities= Can block standard attacks but not projectiles. If a wolfos is standing before you and you attack it while it attacks you will both be damaged, and it blocks afterwards unless hit from behind. Usually won't block unless they are moving toward you.
Evasive Abilities- Capable of side dashing a projectile if there is enough range.

White Wolfos
Size, Weakpoint, Speed, Attack Pattern, Defensive and Evasive abilities are the same as Wolfos.
Hp= Takes 3 hits to kill from their weakpoint. 6 if attacked from front.
Damage Output= Half a heart per attack
