DS games indestructable?

My TP trailer DS cart from E3 2005 has just been in my washing machine and drier before I realized that I left it in a shirt pocket....I stuck it in my DS and it still worked lmao needless to say I'm relieved, just thought I'd share that tidbit of info with you guys  :lol:

lol that's what I thought too but it looks okay, hardly any damage at all, I couldnt believe how good it still looks! those ds carts are pretty rare too so I'm well pleased it still works.

I got the whole E3 pack including com DS decals signed by shigeru. There are some pics of the pack I posted em somewhere on the ZFGC, as for where: e-Bay is you're friend ;)

That ain't totally true, every 1 out of 486 times your game/system breaks in the wash. Yes that has actually happened, and I mean Snapped in half, not washed-out. Also, no i hadn't had that many things go in the wash (that includes re-washed)

My mom threw my DS (Not lite) around the room once before, because she was so mad about something, i forgot what.
She threw it about at least 4 or 5 times to the wall, or hits something and falls on the ground. I've also dropped it outside a couple of times.
My DS still works perfectly fine, looks great, a tiny bit of scratches though (From dropping it outside).

Well DS carts may be durable, but I can tell you 1 thing for sure, iPod's aren't. I stuck mine through the washing machine a week or so ago and had to shell out a few hundred pounds for a new one. Its pretty wierd though it didn't actually break, it just sort of went all split-screen'ey, with the screen being mirrored at the top and bottom.
