I think you should just stick with the normal MC link if you can't be bothered to sprite the whole sheet by yourself. I doubt anyone out there would be willing to remake the whole sheet in adult size as a request, it's a really long task, and it might not even come out any good. I think it wouldn't match MC's style, supposing you'll be using MC tiles for your project. If you look at most NPCs, they're about the same size Link is.
Good luck with this though, but I would just stick with the existant sheet.
