Alcohol is one of those things you have to drink, to like.
I'm pretty certain no one likes it when they first taste it, but when you get used to it, it's not that bad :P
Alcohol is great fun, but can also mess some people up.

Meh, I like lots of alcoholic drinks, from Wine, to Champagne to Lager etc... I'm a bit of a Wine snob though unfortunately so I don't like the cheap stuff. Same with beer too. My friends get a round of Fosters.. I'm always the one with the Kronenberg or Guinness (both of which I love the taste of).

Oooh, Kronenberg is the stuff. Really, I love that beer. It's awesome. Never really given Guinness a chance, to be honest...

Reminds me, I had some crappy beer on New Year's at the part... "Saint Omar" or something? Tasted like !@#$%.

The funny thing about smoking is you are hurting the ones you smoke around more than yourself. LOL Because sidestream smoke is more potent than actually smoking the cigarete. That is just one of those crazy but true things LOL.

Its because when you smoke a Cig, it goes through a Filter, so it filters most of the bad things out, but when you exhale its pure smoke with no filter.

What angers me is the fact that people who are in the category "I haven't done weed" mostly claim that Weed will ruin your life and mess you up and make you lose your grades.
I know a guy who smokes weed almost every day, and is on honor roll. This includes smoking it at school.
Now, that is very unlikely to happen to most of us, but hey, funny how things work it, isn't it?
Anyways, if you are one that tends to obsess over things, do NOT try weed. If you are that type of person, do not get into it. The feeling you get you well get physicly addicted to. I was addicted to it for about a year (stuipid me), but I can now have the freedom to do it whenever I feel like it (if I have it, which isn't a lot anymore).
Don't say weed ruins your life, YOU ruin your life by sticking with the habit.

Drew, just because you can think of one example of a person who DOES do cannabis and is apparently intelligent doesn't mean it's worth the risk. I know one guy who used to be top of the year in everything... and now he's barely getting by on D's and E's. The only real thing that's changed is he now smokes pot every day.

Thats like saying you don't need school, because Richard Branston (sp?) dossed all the time at school, but now look hes a multi millionaire and owner of Virgin. But a friend of mine did the same as Richard and oh look, he can't even get a job at McDonald's.

Also, Don't drugs !@#$% with your mind, as in make you feel like you NEED the drug, as if its a survival type of thing? Kicking a habit when your mind makes you think you must have it is harder then just kicking a Nicotine addiction...

What the hell.

DRINKING CAN KILL YOU.  You can die the fuckin' FIRST time you drink infact.  Drinking in large amounts then going to sleep can actually make your heart STOP. Then of course there's the liver damage.

WEED CAN'T KILL YOU.  Unless it's actually PCP-coated-oregano, and in that case it's not weed <_<.  Or if you like... choke yourself on weed or are allergic to it or something.  Yes, constantly smoking could probably give you some lung disease, but Im' not talking about smoking every 10 minutes.  Weed isn't something you would smoke as often as cigarettes either <_<

not to mention that High > Drunk.

I'm not saying "don't drink it's bad for you", I'm saying, don't say "i dun smok wed its bad 4 u, i drink", because drinking is far worse.

Yes drugs like cocaine do that (and nicotine, and drinking I think), they form a physical addiction.  Marijuanna however HAS NO PHYSICAL ADDICTION.  You can only form a "mental addiction" which is a concious thought-based addiction.  things like cocaine can give you withdrawl, but weed has no withdrawl.
