3D "Qee" Model

i recently decided to learn a new "3D program" or whatever they are called. the program i chose was blender, because it seemed like a powerful program with a fairly large community behind it.

after a few tutorials i decided to try making something completely on my own. so this is what I've come up with so far:

i started modeling after a simple collectible figurine of mine, called a "qee". do a search, you'll find them. i may post a picture of it later.

so, comments? criticism? anything helps  ;)

it looks kinda like a lego minifig to me :P
actually more like a tyco figurine i used to have

get a head on that thing! :P

He could be planning on subdividing it. Then it'd look rather similar to that thing after the click of a button.

Ive subdivided them down to give you a look at what I'm going for. i still have a lot to do, on pretty much everywhere, mainly getting the proportions right, as well as making the body parts similar to the actual figure.

impossible as in very complex and difficult to understand? or impossible as in literally? i find it fairly easy to use/learn. you just have to get past the daunting interface.

I proberbly gave up to easy, but instead I use wings easier i think!
