Please make sure you only use the video ...?

This would be un-obvious for the people who don't know how to use the youtube tag, we could better make the description a bit shorter so people can read that they "only have to put the hash in it".

You use the ID number at the end of the URL. And I think that's SMF's fault, because I've seen some huge tooltips on websites sometimes, but the only one that I can remember was the translation for Tara's special LQ comic.
