Future Perfect was my favorite. Excellent multiplayer. Sucks there won't be more.

PFFFFFT. TS2 ftw.

To be fair though, they only made a couple of good games and none of them recently. And they totally sold out and went way too mainstream, which just sucks ass really.

Still, sad to see one of the best English game developers in recent years go bust. (I say English because I found out today that Rockstar North is technically British. Wow.)

It was initially reported Free Radical shut down on December 18, 2008, however these reports were later debunked by Free Radical Design stating the company was still functional.
Need confirmation on that last sentence please :S. Wikipedia has no source.

Hopefully it's not true. Also hopefully they are doing work experience for the 16-17 year olds... ;P

The free radical website makes no mention of any closure from what my brief look saw :)

Also, near there? Heh, was it possibly the University of Nottingham? That place is supposed to be fairly good, in the top 10 or 20 for most subjects they do :)

* Mamoruanime thinks it's the greatest marketing scheme ever to say you're going under and then release games after you're "out of business" :P

Not that I think they're doing that of course, but eh... Never really liked TS much

I thought you were supposed to be banned for posting discuss topics?

A mod handled it, enough said. Not going to undo a mods decision. Not going to derail this discussion on that. Also EZD, <_< you don't give a rats ass either way, you're just posting because it's the discussion in chat. RELENT FOO. Also

Back on topic, because I don't want to have to prune the thread for a derail.
