Sorry, but that is kinda poorly ripped..
I mean, it's not useable, because it's too jaggy and the buttons aren't perfect circles.
Also, I don't think it's even possible to rip 3D HUDS from screenshots, without the result being bad.
Only way would be somehow getting your hands to the source-files.
EDIT: I also removed your second post, as it was a pointless bump. (you bumped the topic before even an hour had passed)

Agree, I aws going to comment earlier that you should not double post, you should wait a day or two.. or even a week to bump a thread.

Give the guy a break I'm sure if he practices he will be able to rip it perfectly!
And may I remind you that circles can be an illusion. Take SMW Mario or any snes graphics for example: they appear round but up close their only a bunch of squares! Good for a first go. I've seen worse first rips.

I guess it's a good start if you plan on ripping stuff.
But sadly you can't rip 3D...Models...and it looks like it's a screenshot-rip to me, which can be possible but this one it's not too good to be used.
You could start by ripping 2D stuff and then move on to more advance stuff like ripping Textures from Games and 3D Models.
Keep trying, you'll get somewhere. ^^
