Um, every. What you're meant to do is open the pallete up in MSPaint, or Photoshop, or Paint Shop Pro, whatever !@#$% you use
, as if it were a regular image. Use the "colour dropper" tool to select the colour so you can draw with it. And then use that colour in your sprite.
Or, in MSPaint, use the colour dropper on one colour and check the RGB data. Use that RGB data as the replacement for the first colour in your pallete. Continue like that. When you've done that for every colour in your pallete, replace any remaining spaces in MSPaint's pallete with white. Ta-da!
And now just use those colours from then on.
