Well you might tell a girl you are a virgin. If you know she's a virgin it'd be a first time for everyone and you'd probably feel better about it. Then again, what do I know? I'm 13, I shouldn't even be in this topic. :P

When it happens it happens, no need to rush, and if I feel ready and if I have circumstances which suit me at that time, why not? If I'm a forty-year-old virgin, so be it.

And for the whole "Only having one sexual partner" thing, It'd help to prevent STI's, but
I wouldn't care either way, what happens, happens. Honestly, Sex is most commonly done for pleasure, or for symbolizing love, really, there are other alternatives which aren't overused to express love and to have fun, Sex is really an act of procreation.

Though your friends pointing out you are a Virgin may be a nice thing really, it all depends on how. They could just be looking out for you, you know, telling the girl since it's your first time she can't really expect toooo much out of you or something along those lines.

Also if it's the persons first time you probably feel like it's your duty to make it special, so if you know about it you can plan the rose petals and the chocolate and the candle-light dinner XD.

I am a virgin, and I'd say:

1. I wouldn't care that much about who I have sex with, of course it's better if you are "in love" with the girl/guy, but if you don't, it doesn't really matter, for me sex is more or less just an act of self-pleasure.

2. It'd bother me if I only ever had sex with one person, as Aliento said, life is too short, so I'd rather prefer to have sex with several girls than to stick with one my entire life.

I dream of a day when I can go into a church confessional, and by confessing the number of women I have had sex with give the priest a heart attack.

I also dream of a day when they are no churches, so I'm not really quite sure what I want really :P

Because, quite honestly, I think that it only really matters to a girl if she's a !@#$%.
As to be honest, most virgin guys are pretty clued up about what they have to do during sex, they just havent applied it yet, cos of porn and such.
Personally, sometimes I wish my boyfriend had been a virgin too, but meh.
And if a girl isnt a virgin but the guy is, it may be awkward for the girl as she might feel bad for taking the guy's virginity, if the girl is a typical girl ...

Really, odd they should consider it an honour, or maybe the "Aww yeah, I'm good enough to take their virginity." train of thought just applies to guys...probably ones with self-esteem issues.

1st Answer: I can't speak for everyone here, but I found it important to find someone I really care about before losing mine. But then again; I was 16 at the time... Not that it matters <_<;;

2nd Answer: I would prefer that I had only had sex with 1 person for the rest of my life; the person I want to be with forever. Sadly, the woman I had been willing to go through that for left me :(

1st: I wanted to lose it to a girl that meant alot to me, and I did...but she ended up leaving me <_<
2nd: I would also prefer to have sex with 1 girl for the rest of my life. But it wont happen. I seem to of grown this natural ability to make girls hate me all the time now...whoops <_<
