the way I learned was..


read the manual and played with some functions.  I did stupid things like making the cursor a red blob with a bunch of link objects spawning randomly and moving randomly with ganon's theme playing in the bg   I just grew from there, didn't take too long.

Wait, I think I've got it. The Godess worshiped at the Spirit Temple must've been Din, tu I'm sure their form of worship was quite  different from any of the other races. A desert civilization often fosters religion based around water and escape, which would also explain Ganon's greed, which caused him to steal the Triforce. What if he thought he was going to be some righteous savior of his people? Just thinking about it that way seems to make everything make more sense.

mm, what Ganondorf said before you owned him in WW further supports that.

Its NOT going to be cheap...well close to or probabaly over $500 and thats without mouse, keyboard, monitor etc. which you probably already have since everybody here has a spare monitor ( I have two crappy ones )

I\'d recommend learning both DirectX and OpenGL for various reasons. Mostly OpenGL because you are provided with the benefits of alpha transparency and blending, translations and transformations...and all at decent speeds. The list goes on, but DIrectX is useful too.

DirextX is better to learn.  Why?  It maybe windows only, but it handles everything from graphics to sound to keyboard and mouse input.  Besides, Macs can run windows now.

MGZ - Known for wearing his trench coat that he stole from his mother's coat closet.  also has some wacky hair gel that only he knows the secret too.  He tried to open up the secret to awakening the Demon Mammy, but failed horribly when Baby Jesus struck him down with a lightning bolt on the mountain of cheese.
