that's a problem with your computer ali, used to happen to me every so often.

and yah, this is a really great game, everything works perfectly and there's a fair bit to it considering how simple the gameplay is.

I do wonder how Knightmare got the box and arrows to rotate like that with GM LITE7. I tried doing that and had to resort to manually spriting the rotation.

Everything is close to flawless, graphics, sound, gameplay. My only quirk is that if you get a lot of time bonuses and the rupees start coming in bunches, it's not skill anymore. You just fire as much as you can. Minor complaint though, the game was very addicting!

Amazing game! As others have said it is really addicting. It's also a ton of fun to play when using a tablet and pen XD if you have one you should try it out.

Dude, this is excellent! It's really addicting and the simple mouse controls work so elegantly. The super arrow also adds a surprising amount of depth to the gameplay.

Fantastic work! A+ in my book.

I'm glad you all like it. I was planning on adding more levels but I didn't finish in time >_>.

Also, like theforeshadower is doing, I will be a doing contest to see who can get the highest score.
Just pm me a screenshot of this screen with your score.
Also, be sure to remember the word that appears when you got that score, (Such as the "Not bad" or "Good" that appears.)
Winner will get 50 rupees.

It doesn't seem original... Anyone can make a shoot-the-target-and-get-points game. *shrug*

Knightmare, you haven't answered my question, or at least addressed it. I'd like to know.

probably 90 individual graphics, using the rotate sprite function lol old technique.

Yeah, I had to manually make each direction by using the Rotation function in gamemaker and each direction is a different image, so image index 0 is an arrow pointing right, 45 is up, etc.
Then in the arrow object I just put something like  image_index=direction/2; (since theres only 180 images not 360)
I know it's inefficient, but I had to do it that way is I wanted to make this game >_>

Also, I'm kind of disappointed with my little score contest, only one person actually send me their score :/.
So Soulrivers is the winner with a score of 4409 and gets the rupees.
I wanted to see what kind of scores people could get. Oh well.

Also, thank you people for voting!
Just to let you know, I have been continuing to work on the game even after the deadline was up. I will be making a version which will contain 5 levels, some bosses and lots of other stuff. It should be done in a few weeks. It's alot better then just this shooting range.

Ah, I see. Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang.

I'm glad I didn't do that. O_O Still, that's what I was thinking you must've done but it just... I dunno, I could bring myself to believe someone would go through the trouble of actually spriting each individual direction. X_x

Umm, no...
Gamemaker a function to do this automatically.
In the window where it shows all the frames of the sprite, on the toolbar at the top click "Animation" then "Rotation sequence".
