Title: [Custom] Band!
Post by: King Tetiro on August 20, 2006, 08:29:07 pm: After seeing Kevin-1990's Guitar Playing Link, I decided that there will be a Band in my Game. So guess what I would like everyone to do?

Please can I have some Band Members? There will be a vote for the best 10.

Didn't you say you already had a guitar player Laigonaz the Zora could play the electric bass instead.

Norlem (and other people) don't forget to put your name on the sheet so people don't steal it without knowing it.

I don't know who made it, since the help screen only shows sprite credits, but I'm sure you could probably use the same sprites that were used in it. Just use AnimGet to rip the sprites from the game.

http://home.graffiti.net/danthemanms:graffiti.net/rockin.exe - Right-click Save As or copy and paste into your browser's url window and add a question mark at the end.

Some of the animations are rather simple, but I like the Link and Zelda ones. In fact, you don't need to use AnimGet to get the Link-playing-guitar sprites, since amh1010 released a spritesheet for it:

One question: if someone came up to you right now and showed you a spritesheet of that Zelda playing the drums, would you accept it?

I'm merely providing a source for some Zelda-themed band sprites that people already made a while ago. The fact that you would have to rip them to get them is irrelevant, since they existed as standalone sprites beforehand.

I really don't know the answer to that one. Probably not as Zelda ain't going to be in the band.
