b e p i s Reputation: +0/-0 Offline Gender: Posts: 3594	We had the Brawl tournament already, and everyone seemed to enjoy it...so why not extend this idea to other games? Here, post games you'd like to see ZFGC sponsor tournaments for in a similar format to this. Note that my post is not merely an example, but rather a serious suggestion for what games we should play. Also I'd rather not start this until a few weeks have elapsed, as that gives us time to organize (plus it means I'm back at school and won't be interrupted to help with painting our house >_>) Unreal Tournament 2004 Demo Pros - Low system requirements (32 MB graphics card, 256 MB RAM, Pentium 3 800) - Basic deathmatch gameplay, accepted in professional tournaments worldwide - Free (legally) Cons - Only one deathmatch level in this demo version Age of Empires II: The Conquerors Pros - It's a fantastic game - Various settings that allow for either short or long matches - Well-established community of players in ZFGC's chatroom (irc.windfyre.net #aoe2) - Extremely low system requirements; should run on any computer built after 1995 Cons - Prone to lag due to old netcode - Direct connections are hard to work with, especially with routers - Matches can get very, very long (as in several hours) if playing a standard, non-modified game - Not legally free (but it is cheap) Logged

lol, the shear amount of porn and computer viruses/trojans on my computer as a result of porn makes using my computer for gaming such as that the dream of a madman; I do not really have pr0n on my compy, it's all in my sick and twisted mind.

But, yeah, in terms of suggestions, I would say that a large number of users here would also have a Nintendo DS which could possibly work for at least some kind of gaming competition if such a competition was small. Then again, I was never a big fan of PC gaming, lol, and seeing as this would be implemented during the schoolyear, I am not too confident in my university's Internet network; it usually doesn't bother me in that I am online at night when no one else is on, but collaborating with other users here might make it inconceivable to maintain a connection.

It was supposed to be for a month and it was supposed to expire July 27th Not sure why it hasn't yet. It was for ReBirth gaming but since it's only a small forum, it wasn't used that much so maybe it counts for a months use all together I guess.I'll have to talk to Min about that one, he's the one who got me it <3 Anyways, if any of you want to play on it...
