They are alright. The first one you linked to has good starters but not all the rest fit the style, the second one is near perfect and has really good variation (the Pokemon that look to be inspired by Chinese mythology and land, air, and sea deities are my favorite), and the third one reminds me of that Pokemon style game a long time ago that had robots instead of creatures as well as being reminiscent of Digimon.

Well I liked the second one too, but actually I couldn't really tell what a lot of the Pokemon represented... they were just weird things, and to be honest a lot of them kind of freaked me out O_o. The second link (neoriceisgood) looks amazing. The first sheet is rather unprofessional-looking, and the third doesn't look like pokemon at all. I want to emphasise how much I like that second sheet though; I'd love if that guy made a Pokemon fan game with all original creatures. That would be so cool.
