The Adventure of Roam

Remember that mini Fan Game I was thinking about a month or so ago? Well, I've begun working on it. It's going to be loosely based on the Roam and Tempest episodes of recently and is going to be an Aerial Side-scrolling Shooter game. Here's a mockup of the Title Screen.



Not sure how long it's going to take, but considering the nature of the game, it'll be a quick process since I have most of the backgrounds and character sprites finished. I just need to work on Boss Sprites, get a Composer to compose LoZ remix songs, then it'll be done.

I admit the big red ROAM doesn't look as good as it should, so Im redoing it as I type this. The new title screen will look awesome.

Zoru is an pwnsome pixel artist you could PM him, or just make a topic in Zelda Graphic arts.

I tried recreating the picture of Roam in the character selection screen, just because I'm addicted to attention. Ya.



Seriously, though, I thought that it could need some help. No offense. :P
Though I don't know if mine is much better, but if you happen to like it but notice that it has any flaws; yell.

Thanks a lot. :)
Didn't really work that hard on it, though. Tried to stick to the colouring Quill had (only two colours per filling area, that is).

But all right, if Zoru's doing the job, tell him to stick to a somewhat close-up at the face rather than a picture of half the body. Head and shoulders should do. Or else, it would look to different to the picture of Quill. Just a recommendation.

Updated the Character Select Screen. Still not the best, but I'm still waiting on the Roam Pixel Art from Zoru, so this is the placeholder until the final product is finished.

I'm currently working on the prototype for the game, so it should be out and ready for you guys soon (the game) :D
