How does it feel to have been a Hillary supporter and as such judged for your support for her by most people as being simply and mainly because she is a woman as well? And in that light, what did her candidacy mean to you and do you feel like it advanced your interests as you yourself are a political science major? (Too much thought was put into this post)
Oy... Multiple questions now? and yes... too much thought
But lets see here...
For the first question: With people I've encountered they've never judged me on that basis. That's like going to an cakefarts supporter and thinking they are only voting for him because he's black and I'm assuming no one has judged you like that.
Second question: Her candidacy proved that women CAN get to the white house. As she said in her concession speech, that perceived "glass ceiling" now has millions of cracks in it. Saying her candidacy has "advanced" my interests wouldn't really be accurate, but it more so reaffirmed it. On a whole, people are more equal now than they ever have been in the history of our nation allowing everyone's (men, women, African American, White etc) voices to be heard and have an even chance at shaping the direction of the nation. I just hope to be another to put my voice out there and have a shot at shaping our nation.
Do you fart? If so, what do they smell like?
Yes; flowers.
