I'm not 100% sure this is the proper section for this topic, but it's at least graphics related.
I came across this topic (http://zfgc.com/forum/index.php?topic=36284.0) a few hours ago looking for OoS tiles, and like all tile mega dumps, there were so many repeated tiles. To solve this, I made a quick program that goes through a folder of tiles, picks out all the tiles separately, clears duplicates, and saves the new files (free of duplicates) elsewhere.

Its functionality is pretty limited right now, and I haven't done any extreme testing on it. I'm open to ideas about what more I can do with it, but I don't plan on being super committed to this or making this a long term project, so I may or may not add other features. I'm actually sort of surprised how fast it is because I honestly didn't optimize it as much as I could have.
I thought this might be useful to other people, though, so I'm putting it here for now. I know there are other megadumps out there and more yet to come. And it could also be useful for ripping tiles from maps.
