Sorry i reviving an old thread but I wanted to reply.
The Panlex browser looks pretty good. It's fast, but for me, not faster than Firefox. Firefox is really fast when it has no extentions and etc, and more advanced users has crapload of extentions on their Firefox. And your little browser has basically nothing but the engine to look at websites, that's why yours so quick.
But a good thing to do is to animate the icons when you mouseover and when you click them. I had no idea any of the icons worked until I pressed them.
It's a bit laggy though, when I move my mouse around in Panlex is lags a little. Maybe because it's a GM and not an actual browser but meh.
Good browser, but is nothing compared to FF and Opera.
