LTTP Dialouge?

I downloaded the LTTP OST and this came with it.

I belive its Zelda and Link and stuff talking, but wtf is it?

The name of the file is "Game - Legend Of Zelda - A Link To The Past - Sound Drama _Two People_ Introductory Chapter_"

So I thought I'd post it here to find out...WTF IT IS (and if maybe someone can translate it?)

(Btw its a big and long file, its 28mb )
