Zelda fan movie shut down after four years

I know that probably sucks, having put so much time into the movie, but those 4 years could have been spent coming up with an original storyline rather then trying to capitalize off of something just because it has a fan base. Plus if it's the same movie as some of the "trailers" floating around the net, it was going to ruin Zelda entirely.

Meh I already watched it. But it really sucks to see them get shot down like that. Even though it kinda sucked, they could've at least let them keep it on the net.

You probably still can get the movie with a torrent or something. But the movie really sucks and was nothing more than a shameful rip from OOT.

That Nintendo requested to stop after only 4 years is probably because they thought that group wouldn't finish it.

.. Is anyone even remotely surprised or upset about this? :P I mean sheesh, they've been hyping it for years now, and people thought that Nintendo wasn't going to do anything about it???? I was kinda expecting this pretty much as soon as it was released lol

It wasn't any good, don't mourn too much.

I'd advise you to stay clear, as it was really, really terrible. But I'm sure a copy could be found through the usual channels (but why would you want to?)

ruining Zelda or not, good or not, people need to be adults and realize their boundaries with blatant copyrights.  Also, they probably were doing it because they are terrible, and if they were to be original and terrible, no one would care.

Potentially as a curiosity piece. That's why my friends and I watched it.

And yeah it was pretty awful. If I were Nintendo I would have shut it down too.

The funny thing is by Nintendo doing this it has given the movie even more of a cult like following.  LOL it is funny how much the average person wants something more when you tell them they can't have it. XD
