I having problems with the telescope

Basically, Im now spriting the Astral telescope for my contest entry. Problem. My shading and colouring is coming out all wrong for GBC style.

I need help. All the colours which can be used are on the telescope. Please could someone with GBC shading skill please fix my problem?

Well, I've tried making something of it. I used the colors already present in the telescope and I kept it's form. But I suggest for the darkest grey you use a bit lighter version. It is contrasting a bit to hard.

Well, I'm not too great with gb-spriting, but I gave it a shot:

I shaded the bottom of the telescope a little off, but you can fix that yourself.
