Well, I noticed that the descriptions to "sounds & music" and "graphical art" are outdated:
Sounds & Music
Post, request, or have competitions with sound effects and music.
Graphical Art
Post, request, or have competitions with works that are graphical.
- i.e. sprites, tilesets, 3D models, artwork, mockups, spoofs, etc.
You can no longer request or have competitions on those boards, as they are now only galleries.
