Few crits---
-Her boobs are way too high. They look like cancerous lumps instead of breasts.
-The anti-aliasing is pretty bad; things that shouldn't be jagged look very jagged.
-I can't really tell what's going on with the arms--- they look like tentacles coming out of the breasts.
-It's also lacking a certain level of depth that the 3/4th Zelda NPC perspective should give it. She appears to be facing the "camera" instead of having some form of direction to her.
All in all it needs quite a bit of work, but keep at it, you'll get there
